We ship our products directly from our roastery. However, this may mean that a product is out of stock even if indicated otherwise on the webshop. We ask for your understanding in this matter. If we are unable to deliver within the specified 1-3 business days, we will contact you.


After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email or SMS regarding the further process of your delivery.

**Returns**


Unfortunately, purchased coffee cannot be returned for reasons of freshness and safety.



Other purchased products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.
